The Natchez Fire Department, Natchez Police Department and the Adams County Sheriffs Office all responded to a car wreck on Martin Luther King Jr. Road around 4:10 p.m. Saturday. According to witnesses at the scene, the driver of the silver truck lost control of the vehicle. The driver was transported to Natchez Regional to be airlifted.
