SANDY LAKE — Services for William C “Dub” Brown Jr., 73, of Magnolia, Ark., who died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2014, in Texarkana, Texas, will be at 10 a.m. today at Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Joel Ford officiating.

Burial will follow in Heard Cemetery, in Manifest, La. under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Brown was born Jan. 11, 1941, in Jonesville, the son of William C. Brown Sr. and Audie A. Ford Brown.

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Willie Lee Brown; and daughter-in-law, Tina Marie Brown.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Earline Brown; one daughter, Cynthia Theresa Morris, of Taylor, Ark.; two sons, Clinton Dewayne Brown and wife, Sherell, of Taylor, Ark. and William Bryan Brown, of Magnolia; one brother, Dale Brown, of Jonesville; four sisters, Rickey Ford, Annie Mae Jones, of Jonesville, Merlene Neal, of Jonesville and Darlene Watson and husband, Howard, of Terry; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bryan Brown, Trenton Brown, Jason Tolbert, Elton Tolbert, Robbie Dye and Quinn Kiner.

Honorary pallbearers will be Charles May and Michael Coates.
