Natchez Municipal Court Cases 
Friday, Jan. 17

Martina Linette Thomas, 39, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended to run concurrently. Total fine set at $816.51.

Marian Calista Forman, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 10 days in jail. Banned from K-Mart. Fine set at $573.

Lindsey Maier pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

Sherman L. Rose, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each charge. Total fine set at $1,021.60.

Derrick Woods, 43, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor shoplifting. Sentenced to 60 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 39 days in jail. Fine set at $1,000.

Seventeen-year-old charged with burglary of a vehicle. Released to youth court by order of Judge Hudson.

Erick Michelle Franklin, 41, charged with aggravated assault by other means. Case dismissed without prejudice — victim did not appear.

Wednesday, Jan. 22

Herchel Colby Horton, 18, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace of a business. Fine set at $473.

Herchel Colby Horton, 18, charged with alcoholic beverage possession by a minor. Case dismissed in consideration of other plea.

Zita Patterson, 28, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $433.

Steven Felter, 20, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.

Joseph T. McClatchy, 20, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior Fine set at $423.

Daniel Armstrong, 36, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Kelcey Watson, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Felicia Sharnell Thompson, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve nine days in jail. Fine set at $783.

Norman Moore pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. To serve one day in jail. Fine set at $623.
