LORMAN — Services for Annie Mae January Hargro, 81, of Lorman, who died Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Claiborne County Medical Center in Port Gibson, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Waterlo03:14 Annie Mae Hargro obitpico Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Percy Turner officiating.

Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Hargro was born April 29, 1932, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Columbus and Josephine Wallace January.

She was a member of Heroin Jericho.

Mrs. Hargro was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willie Hargro Sr.; and two sons, Michael Hargro and Eddie Hargro.

Survivors include three sons, Willie Hargro Jr. and wife, Louvenia, of Fayette, Johnnie Hargro and wife, Donna, of Jackson and Patrick Hargro, of Lorman; four daughters, Julia M. Curry and husband, Jimmy Sr., of Hermanville, Betty Kinnard and husband, Marv, of Lorman, Mamie Houston and husband, Martin, of Fayette and Josephine Eichelberger and husband, Floyd, of Jackson; two brothers, Thomas January and wife, Ann, of Port Arthur, Texas, and Joseph January, of Port Arthur; four sisters, Emily Kelly, of Port Arthur, Hester January Thomas, of Orange, Texas, Sarah January, of Port Arthur, and Eva January Dowdelland husband, Raymond, of Walnut, Cali.; 21 grandchildren; and a number of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
