Welcome for Clydesdales was amazing

I could not have been more appreciative and proud of everyone who came to share in the joy and excitement the World Famous Budweiser Clydesdales brought to our city.

The handlers and hitch crew were extremely impressed with not only the number of people who came out; but also with the enthusiasm, courtesy and respect they exhibited.

I was personally deeply touched by the fact that the crowds on the streets were a perfect reflection of our city as a whole.

We all came together to enjoy one of America’s greatest icons.

We stood and cheered and put our city’s most beautiful face forward during an afternoon that will make memories for a lifetime.

I must make a special point here to thank God for the weather.
