Janet Ballard of Natchez announces the engagement of her daughter, Nicole Lea Ballard to Addison Ryan Taylor, son of Roger and Dawn Taylor of Star. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Donald Ballard of Natchez.

She is the graduate of Natchez High School and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.

She is employed by the Department of Human Services in Hattiesburg.

The groom is the graduate of University Christian School in Flowood and is a graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville.

He is employed by South Mississippi East Power Association in Hattiesburg.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2014, at the Briars in Natchez.

A reception will follow.
