Hobson joins Concordia Bank as assistant VP

VIDALIA — Patrick R. Biglane, president and CEO of Concordia Bank & Trust Co., recently announced Eddie A. Hobson has joined the staff as assistant vice president.

Hobson is a 1980 graduate of North Natchez High School and is a graduate of Copiah- Lincoln Community College.

He received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in secondary education from Alcorn State University.

Hobson has worked for 34 years in the banking industry and has completed various courses in all aspects of banking. He is a 2005 Leadership Natchez graduate.

Hobson is a member of New Beginnings Missionary Baptist Church and is a life member of Rho Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

He also serves as musician for various churches in the Miss-Lou. He is the son of Eddice J. Hobson and the late Eddie Lee Hobson.

Biglane said he is proud and fortunate to have Hobson become a part of the Concordia Bank family.

“Eddie brings years of banking expertise and service to the Miss-Lou community,” Biglane said.
