GONZALES — Memorial services for William Orrick “Bill”Dore, 78, of Gonzales, formerly of Natchez, who died Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Our Lady of the Lakes Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church.

Services will be under the direction of Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Monday at the church.

Mr. Dore was born July 2, 1935, the son of Noel Hayden Dore and Josephine Boothe Dore.

He was a retired electrical maintenance supervisor.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Mr. Dore was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his loving wife, Norma Anne Woolfolk Dore; three sons, Jonathan Dore and wife, Belgica Altagracia Martinez, Joseph Basil Dore and wife, Lorna Ann Froess, and Jason Thomas Dore; two sisters, Nora Berrett and Jo Ella Bowman; 11 granchildren, Elsa Marie Dore, Meagan Ann Dore Gunter, Katherine Elaine Dore, Nelson Osvaldo Dore, Holly Noel Dore, Thomas Hayden Dore, Madeline Jean Dore, Sarah Kelly Dore, Jessica Marie Dore, Jonathan Alexande Dore and Nicholas William Dore; and three great-grandchildren.
