James Marsaw Jr., 28, charged with loitering. On joint motion of prosecution and defense, case dismissed with prejudice for lack of proof of crime.

Stephen Brooks Welch, 30, charged with shoplifting — over $500 (felony). Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on bond.

Cardreeka Mason, 20, charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on $3,500 bond.

Carlos Ward, 31, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve seven days in jail. Fine set at $668.

Nigel Simpson, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve five days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $718.

Natasha Robinson, 24, found not guilty of simple assault — direct conflicting testimony.

Latasha Robinson, 25, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. On motion of prosecution and requests of officers upon payment of $50 court cost, case remanded to file.

Dustin W. Smith, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve five days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $853.

Jake Conner Jr., 38, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for nine days served. Fine set at $573.

Ryan Garrett Porter, 32, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Magnolia Bluff Casino, Fine set at $323.

Darrius Patterson, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $573.

Jerard Campbell, 40, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Joseph Sturdivant pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.
