NATCHEZ — Services for Eddie Wesley Sr., 58, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Jerusalem Baptist Church with the Rev. Bryant Herbert officiating.

Burial will follow in Egypt Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.

Mr. Wesley was born Feb. 7, 1956, in Natchez, the son of Leon Wesley Sr. and Ruth Conner Wesley.

He was a member of Triumphant Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Mr. Wesley was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Egypt Wesley; his mother; three sons, Jonathan Wesley and fiancé, Tyshaya, of Atlanta, Eddie Wesley Jr. and Isaiah Wesley, both of Natchez; four daughters, Shante Downey and husband, Darren, of Atlanta, Jonteria Wesley, Ruth Wesley and Rachael Wesley, all of Natchez; four grandchildren, Joshua Downey, Brittany Downey, Aices Washington and Iyana Wesley; three brothers, Leon Wesley Jr., Willie Wesley and wife, Dianne, and Aaron Wesley and wife, Shaneshia; three sisters, Rosa Wilson, Linda Salaam and husband, M.A., and Jessie Letcher; three uncles; six aunts; and a number of nephews, nieces, in-laws, and other relatives and friends.
