Jerry and Shuwanda Ford of Natchez and Craig Clark of Inglewood, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Clark to Clarence Barber Sr., son of Jimmie and Betsy Johnson of Natchez and the late Henry Barber of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and is a graduate of Texas Careers in Beaumont, Texas.

She is employed by Best Care Pediatrics in Beaumont, Texas.

She is the granddaughter of Raiford and Georgia Granger, Ethel and the late Henry McKnight and the late Herman Smith, all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School.

He is employed by Southeast Medical Center in Port Arthur, Texas.

He is the grandson of the late Betsy and Clarence Bridgewater of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at Vidalia Conference and Convention Center.

A reception will follow.
