Jodi M. Bramlett, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573. Restitution to Walmart set at $124.

Mark Martin, 41, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $573. Restitution to Belk set at $56.

Monday, Aug. 11

Ricky Potters, 59, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count. Fine set at $698 for the first count and $673 for the second count.

Jeffrey N. Smith, 32, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case dismissed after trial. Smith was also charged with vile and profane language in public. Case dismissed after trial.

Tammy Wynette Willis, 43, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case remanded to files for one year then dismissed as stale case. Victim was not served.

Justin M. Alexander, 21, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed at written request of victim and recommendation of prosecutor. Court costs set at $50.

Justice C. Brown, 20, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed at written request of victim and recommendation of prosecutor. Court costs set at $50.

Marvin B. Mitchell, 20, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed at written request of victim and recommendation of prosecutor. Court costs set at $50.

Amy M. Roach, 29, charged with willful trespassing. Case dismissed at written request of victim and recommendation of prosecutor. Court costs set at $50.

Jordan S. Wright, 20, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.

Wednesday, Aug. 13

Dwain Perkins charged with possession of marijuana. Case dismissed upon recommendation of prosecutor and court and after consultation with officer.

Sharonda E. Jones, 24, pleaded guilty to giving merchandise away. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473. Restitution set at $456.20.

Pamela Gordon, 55, charged with disturbing the peace. Case dismissed on joint motion for lack of probable cause of a crime being committed.

Reginald Dorsey, 26, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 55 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for five days served. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $673. Dorsey, also pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days with five days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for five days served. Fine set at $323.

James A. Green, 34, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $418.
