NATCHEZ —Mississippi Department of Transportation Maintenance personnel participated in the Performance, Education, Assessment, Knowledge (PEAK) Program training Aug. 8-12.

Maintenance personnel from all six districts participated in the training, including Leon Veals, maintenance superintendent for MDOT’s Woodville maintenance office.

The PEAK Program is designed to develop leadership skills and facilitate a productive working relationship among participants that crosses district lines.
