TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Private memorial services for Sandra Louise Clark Zizzi, 71, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., who died Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, will be at a later date at Heritage Chapel Funeral Home and Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.

Arrangements are under the direction of Heritage Chapel Funeral Home and Cremations in Tuscaloosa.

Mrs. Zizzi was a member of Pilgrimage Garden Club, Daughters of Confederacy and Krewe of Friday Group.

She attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Mrs. Zizzi was a secretary for the Natchez public school system for 32 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hank Zizzi; her parents, Rufus and Marguerite Clark; and two brothers, Buddy Clark and Sprague Stanton.

Survivors include two sons, Todd Zizzi and wife, Shea, and Stanton Zizzi and wife, Bridgit; two sisters, Ann Carroll and Patricia Clark; and eight grandchildren, Brad Zizzi, Meghan Zizzi, Sprague Zizzi, Kenna Zizzi, Hank Zizzi, Weston Zizzi, Haley Zizzi and Tyler Zizzi.

Mrs. Zizzi was a loving wife to her high school sweetheart and a loving mother to her three boys.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
