Turner 50th anniversary

Submitted photo Willie “Bill” Turner and Patricia “Pat” Turner will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary during the Christmas holidays with their children. The couple has lived in Sierra Vista, Ariz., for 36 years. They have five children, Yvonne Turner, Yolanda Hedtke, Yvette Turner, Yaminha Hebrank and Marc Turner and eight grandchildren. Mr. Turner is retired from the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Signal Command G3, Fort Huachuca, Ariz., with a combined 40 years of service. Mrs. Turner is retired from HQDA, office of the deputy chief of staff for personnel, Pentagon in Washington, D.C., with 30 years of service. The couple volunteers their services as members of the Fort Huachuca Kino Gospel Service Chapel. They were married, below, Oct. 31, 1964, at the Killeen Base Chapel in Killeen, Texas.
