Adams County Circuit Court Cases — End Results

Tuesday, Jan. 13:

Jerome Benjamin Robinson pleaded guilty to burglary of an automobile (Non-Habitual) in Judge Johnson’s court. Sentenced to six years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Full credit given for time served in the Adams County Jail starting from Sept. 16, 2014. Must pay restitution in the amount of $775.00, all court costs and fees and a $200.00 prosecution fee.

 

Friday, Jan. 9:

Jonquil Timothy Jackson pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling in Judge Sanders’ court. Sentenced to 10 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, which shall run concurrently with the 10-year sentenced in Cause No. 14-KR-0099A-S.

Jonquil Timonty Jackson pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling (Count I) in Judge Sanders’ court. Sentenced to 10 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, which shall run concurrently with the 10-year sentence in Cause No. 14-KR-0090A-S. Count II (possession of stolen property) is dismissed.

Friday, Jan. 9:

Jerome Harris, 21, found not guilty of discharging a firearm within the city limits.

Zachary D. Robinson, 25, charged with disturbing the peace. Case remanded to files at request of officer.

Hawkins Barney Jr., 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Jewel Lee Coach Jr., 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Dale F. London, 44, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Natchez Market 2. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, Jan. 12:

Frederick V. Washington Jr., 23, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Forfeiture of weapon seized during controlled substance arrest. Fine set at $593.

Frederick V. Washington Jr., 23, charged with trespassing. Case remanded to files – Becky Lowery failed to appear on served subpoena. Judge did not order bench warrant.

Frederick W. Washington Jr., 23, charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Case remanded to files.

Willie Davis III, 21, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Bench warrant – witness failed to appear on served subpoena.

Richard Brian Kemp Jr., 33, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Bracy T. Chess, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.

Joleccia Noore, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.

Travis A. Tenner, 34, found guilty of disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $548 minus $325 suspended. Must pay a fine of $223.

Quiero Johnson, 27, pleaded guilty to amended charge of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423 minus $200 suspended. Must pay a fine of $223.

Tyrone White, 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.
