Adams County Justice Court Cases — Week of Feb. 20-26:
Albert Chatman pleaded guilty to two counts of willful trespassing.
Bill Calvin pleaded guilty to simple assault.
Letrois Watson pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
Jessica Busby pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
John L. Butler Jr. charged with child endangerment. Case bound over to a grand jury. Butler also charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Butler also charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Dustin Yarrington charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases —
Friday, Feb. 20:
Tiffany Dawn Green, 19, charged with possession of marijuana (synthetic) while operating a motor vehicle synthetic. Case remanded to files – defendant has been placed in hospital.
Crista L. Jones, 28, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from K Mart. Fine set at $573.
Onisha Imani McCullar, 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case remanded to files – co-defendant took responsibility.
Marquis Darrell Willams, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Monday, Feb. 23:
Taraus J. Granger, 27, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – second offense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $773. Granger also charged with fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. Case remanded to files subject to other pleas. Granger, pleaded guilty to running a red light. Fine set at $162. Granger charged with reckless driving. Case remanded to files subject to other pleas. Granger pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Fine set at $586.
Christopher Emmanuel Litt, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $543.
Christopher E. Litt, 20, charged with careless driving. Case remanded to files subject to other pleas.
Brittany Good, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Tommy Allen Wells, 44, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 45 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000. Wells pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Reginald Williams, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $573.
Tuesday, Feb. 24:
Tremaine Proby, 37, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $450.
Calvin Bates, 23, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 60 days with 12 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for 48 days served. Fine set at $450. Satisfied with time served. Bond set at $8,500.
Debra Denise Richardson, 27, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $450. Bond set at $8,500.
Emmanuel Griffin, 29, charged with arson – dwelling, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
David L. Dunbar Jr., 35, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $550. Bond set at $13,500.
Edward Moline, 42, charged with five counts of uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $8,500 to $6,000 on each count.
Wednesday, Feb. 25:
Letedry Unday Earls, 22, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Don Gordon Jr., 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.
