Friday, April 3:

Elvin Mitchell, 28, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Elvin Mitchell, 28, charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files in consideration of plea to resisting arrest.

Victoria Jackson, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

Lula Harris, 44, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

Lula Harris, 44, pleaded guilty to trespassing upon enclosed land. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

George Stephen Hall, 29, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Brandon Bauchman, 22, pleaded guilty to violating the city’s noise ordinance. Sentenced to three days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $313 minus $156 paid on April 3. Must pay remaining fine of $157.

Odell Carter III, 33, pleaded guilty to violating the open container law. Sentenced to five days with two days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for three days served. Fine set at $323 minus $73 suspended. Must pay a fine of $250.

Tuesday, April 7:

Natasha L. Letcher, 31, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Calvin Blake Jr., 23, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling with a weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $75,000.

Delvin Mason, 22, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling with a weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $90,000 to $60,000.

Danny Sean Gray, 28, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Case dismissed in consideration of other plea.

Danny Sean Gray, 28, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance reduced to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Satisfied by time – 41 days served. Fine set at $450.

Marquacisu Leaser Robinson, 21, charged with two counts of burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Case dismissed for both charges on motion of prosecution and written request of the victim and for lack of proof of ID of the defendant. This case was dismissed with prejudice.

Joshua D. Harrison, 24, charged with possession of a stolen firearm. Case remanded to files at recommendation of prosecution and request of officer – lack of evidence of “stolen”.

Cynthia G. Skinner, 55, charged with aggravated assault – domestic violence reduced to misdemeanor simple assault – domestic violence. Fine set at $723. Satisfied by time served.

Ronnie Thompson, 24, charged with aggravated assault ext. indiffer. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $75,000.

Wednesday, April 8:

Makia Queen, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

 

Friday, April 10:

Michael Jerome Coleman Jr., 21, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 45 days with 43 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for 48 hours served. Fine set at $900.

Glenn Tarpley, 65, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000.

Larry D. Singleton Jr., 20, pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Monday, April 13:

Schewanda Beverly, 47, pleaded nolo, convicted by court to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

 

Wednesday, April 15:

Rashena D Ickom pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

Takarri T. Wallace, 37, pleaded guilty to simple assault bodily injury. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for seven days served. Fine set at $950 minus $175 credit. Must pay a fine of $775.

Tylon J. Martin pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $750.
