Friday, April 17:
Xavier Bates, 18, pleaded guilty to possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.
Tiesha McKinney, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $643.
Michelle D. Williams, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Monday, April 20:
Akeen Deshawn Fells, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Violet L. Thompson, 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.
Darius Patterson pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623.
Lorenzo Gutierrez pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for two days served. Fine set at $473.

Tuesday, April 21:
Justin Zachary Patterson, 21, charged with shoplifting – first offense. Satisfied by time served.
Patterson, 21, charged with armed robbery. On recommendation that this case be retired to the file base on the fact that the victim, Larry Thomas, lied under oath that Marcus McDonald and Justin Patterson did not assault him.
Patterson, 21, charged with retaliation against a public servant or witness. Case retired to file for same reason as with armed robbery charge.
Gabrielle Ann Carman, 34, charged with malicious mischief. Case retired to files at request of affaiant.
Tylon Martin, 23, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling with a weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Caleb E. Gillespie, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $550.
Joshua Delaney, 33, charged with forged, false, fraudulent prescription. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held.
Felicia A. Green, 25, charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $27,000.
