Ms. Julie H. Floyd and Mr. and Mrs. Samuel L. Floyd, all of Natchez, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Evon Floyd to Audie Johnson Crosby, son of Mr. Bill Crosby of Natchez and Ms. Tiffany Goodman of Pensacola, Fla.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of The Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostics in Mobile, Ala. She is employed by the Natchez Community Hospital.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel C. Floyd of Vidalia and the late Elizabeth Hedger of Natchez and the late Warren Hedger of Marietta, Okla.

The groom-to-be is also a graduate of Adams County Christian School and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez. He is employed by Jordan Logistics Inc., in Natchez.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Crosby of Natchez, John and Sharon Wise of Pace, Fla., and Jack Goodman of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015, at The Gables in Vidalia.

A reception will follow the ceremony.
