NATCHEZ — Memorial services for Agnes Lucille Irby McManus, 86, of Hixson, Tenn., formerly of Natchez, who died Friday, May 22, 2015, will be at noon on Monday at Laird Funeral Home with Matt North officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Affectionately known as “Nanny,” she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and dear friend to so many. Her beautiful smile, wonderfully kind heart and honest wisdom left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She was sincerely admired and loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, William and Madie Lou Irby; husband of 37 years, Loyd McManus; three siblings, Helen Lofton, Frances Cameron and Willie Frank Irby; and great-grandson, Angel.

Survivors include two loving children, Ellen Saunders and Keith McManus and wife, Dawn; four adoring grandchildren, Chris McManus and wife, Amanda, Erin Saunders and husband, Gary, Bonnie North and husband, Matt, and Laine Arnold and husband, Jared; and seven precious great-grandchildren, Talon, Cade, Levi, Garrett, Katie, Pierson and Miller.
