Friday, June 19:

Cartrell Harris, 57, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for nine days served. Fine set at $523 minus $200 credit. Must pay a fine of $323.

Delores Hammers, 67, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Victoria Hunt, 25, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Monday, June 22:

Kiera Michelle Knight, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations Fine set at $598.

Patricia Lea Nations, 27, guilty in absence of shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $623.

Kenneth Creel Jr., 40, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573 minus $100 credit. Must pay a fine of $473.

Rashonda Monique Flowers, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $643.

Daquiria V. Hunt, 22, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $200 to be paid to Kmart. Banned from Kmart.

Aaron M. Sherrod, 27, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Hibbett Sports. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $575.44 to be paid to Hibbett Sports.

Wednesday, June 24:

Gary L. Knapp Jr., 43, charged with three counts of shoplifting – 1st offense and one count of trespassing. Case remanded to files due to medical reasons.

Angela D. Smith, 44, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Nyshaye D. Smith, 24, charged with shoplifting – 1st offense. Case remanded to files for one year.
