Friday, July 17

Jerald Mason, 46, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, July 20:

Appollonia M. Jenkins, 20, charged with telephone harassment. Case dismissed – officer failed to appear.

Lamesha E. Johnson, 20, charged with telephone harassment. Case dismissed – officer failed to appear.

Christopher S. Braley, 37, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $673. Braley, charged with trespassing. Case remanded to files in consideration of plea to shopliftng.

Katherine Denver Fuller, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $713.

Wilson O’Neal Palmer, 42, charged with shoplifting – first offense. Case remanded to files in consideration of co—defendant taking full responsibility.

Tuesday, July 21:

Joanne Fleming, 19, charged with child abuse. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Kenneth John Roberts II, 21, charged with burglary of commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Austin Miller, 20, charged with uttering a forgery. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $5,000.

Miller charged with attempted uttering a forgery. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $5,000.

Justin Isreal Tarver, 36, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $40,000. Tarver,charged with shoplifting – first offense. Bond set at $1,000.

Tarver charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,500.

Valerie Joy Lee, 47, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days with 59 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $106.75. Restitution set at $204.22

Antonio Clay, 23, charged with murder. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held.

Wednesday, July 22:

Arthur L. Moore, 40, charged with disturbing the peace. Case dismissed – complainant has moved.

Jeremy Williams, 27, charged with disturbing the peace – domestic violence. Case dismissed – victim said she had later learned a kid in neighborhood had broken mirror which has been paid and repaired.

Chadrich A. Watson, 22, charged with DUI – other substance. Officer failed to appear. Defense attorney moved to have case dismissed and it was granted.

Thomas W. Thompson, 22, pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Forty—eight hours served. Fine set at $623.
