NATCHEZ — Services for Karen Ruth Lofton, 68, of Vicksburg, formerly of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at Bolivar Medical Center in Cleveland, will be 1 p.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Theresa Hancock officiating.

Burial will follow at the Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lofton was born June 21, 1947, in Tallulah, La., the daughter of John Rudolph Kuhn and Willie McCurdy Kuhn.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Lofton was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Willis Donald Lofton; 11 sisters; and five brothers.

Survivors include two sons, John Perry and wife, Pauline, of McKinney, Texas and Jerry Perry of Kentucky; two daughters, Kelli Lofton of Natchez and Bonnie Chambliss and husband, Steven, of Vicksburg; seven grandchildren, Laura Hendricks, Christopher Ashley, Walter Reeves and Michaela Chambliss, all of Vicksburg, Emily Perry and Shelby Roberson, both of Natchez, and Ce Ce  Perry of McKinney; and one great-grandchild, Masie Walker of Vicksburg.
