Ms. Ann Elizabeth Kaiser and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Louie Brown Jr., announce the engagement of their daughter, Abigail Kaiser Brown to Braxton Tate Hodby III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Braxton Tate Hobdy Jr., all of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is the mother of Tristan Ries Fondren and granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Louie Brown Sr. and Mrs. Betty Ann Kaiser and the late Mr. Francis Sheldon Kaiser Sr., all of Natchez.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Braxton Hobdy Sr. of Moss Point and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Herman Mayberry of Jackson.

The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015, at Riparian Retreat.
