Natchez’s antebellum homes are some of America’s greatest treasures!

Frequently , we enjoy your historic homes and antique shops when we are traveling from Florida to Dallas.

Recently we chose to spend the night in Natchez and enjoyed driving around on a early Saturday morning.

Alas, we developed car trouble and needed assistance immediately. We drove to a Natchez car dealer where we found a very helpful young man, Mike, at work quite early. He diagnosed our problem and began to fix it.

Tim Hodge, the service manager, treated us like honored guests and kept us up to date on the progress.

We want to publicly thank these two citizens of Natchez who truly exemplified “Southern hospitality.” Needless to say, we look forward to our next visit to friendly, historic Natchez.
