Miss Havilah Catherine Lum and Mr. Zion Paul Bellah, both of Colorado Springs, Colo., were married at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, at Mingus Ranch in San Isabel National Forest, Colo.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Douglas Lum Jr. of Port Gibson.

She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Douglas Lum Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sim C. Dulaney Jr., all of Port Gibson.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Mark Bellah of Walsenburg, Colo. He is the grandson of Mrs. Frances Bellah and the late Mr. Ralph C. Bellah and Mr. and Mrs. Jack N. (Beverly) Strang, all of Walsenburg.

Licensed minister Abigail Bellah, the groom’s sister of Burkina Faso, West Africa, officiated the ceremony along with speakers the Revs. Mike and Brenda Harkins of Bedford, Texas.

The bride was given in marriage by her father Mr. William Douglas Lum Jr.

Her chosen colors were ivory, coral and rapture blue.

The bride wore a dress of her own design, fashioned by Sandra Stokes of San-Jay Creations, embroidered with rosettes of southern lace layered with satin and tulle.

The maid of honor was the bride’s sister Miss Sheera Shelby Lum of Port Gibson.

Bridesmaids were Leah Benjamin of Colorado Springs, Elizabeth Smith and Courtney Sapp, both of Vicksburg, Karsen Carr of Jackson, Hosanna Bellah of Lake Worth, Texas, Kalinda LeJune of Dallas and Lyra Morgan of Los Angeles. Flower girl was Junia Fortunae Lum, sister of the bride, of Port Gibson.

Ring bearer was Tobias Bellah, brother of the groom of Walsenburg. Mr. Benjamin Bellah, brother of the groom of Euless, Texas, served as best man.

Groomsmen were Josiah Bellah and Malachi Bellah, both of Fort Worth, Texas, Isaiah Bellah of Euless, Gabriel Bellah, Salem Bellah and LeShem Bellah, all of Walsenburg, all brothers of the groom and Benjamin Harkins of Bedford, Texas.

Ushers were Douglas Lum, Erastus Lum, Lael Lum, brothers of the bride, all of Port Gibson and Eli Bellah, brother of the groom of Euless.

A reception followed at Lake San Isabel, San Isabel National Forest.

Sister of the bride, Sheera Lum, hosted a bachelorette party the Wednesday before the wedding at the Academy Hotel with a day at the Magnum Shooting Range, both in Colorado Springs.

The rehearsal dinner was hosted by Leonard and Brenda Bellah, the groom’s parents, and Ralph and Stephanie Bellah, uncle and aunt of groom, at The Lodge at San Isabel.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Pompano Beach, south Florida.

The bride is employed at Dance Art Academy, Gleneagle, Colo., and the groom is employed with S.E.F. Landscaping, Black Forest, Colo.

The couple will make their home in Colorado Springs.
