Fred Carter charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Carter was also charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Robert Magee charged with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Elmo January charged with bad check – felony ($7,276.08). Case bound over to a grand jury.

Natchez Municipal Court Cases 

Tuesday, Oct. 20

Tracey Smith, 34, charged with embezzlement more than $500/felony. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $25,000.

Revea Hunt, 31, charged with embezzlement more than $500/felony. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $25,000.

Mikel Chatman, 25, charged with burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $30,000. Chatman was also charged with felony possession of or carrying of a concealed weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $15,000.

 

Friday, Oct. 23

Alan Froust, 33, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $598.

Derrick Lyles, 33, charged with simple assault attempt to create fear, simple assault, and malicious mischief. Case transferred to Adams County Justice Court.

Jasmine Monique Anderson, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $56.73.

Travian Herrington, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $29.

Kristina Lynn Lee, 26, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Darrius Patterson pleaded guilty to false information. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for four days served. Fine set at $423.

Shenikka Bradley pleaded guilty to 17 counts of felony false pretense. Sentenced to 90 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $6,800.

 

Wednesday, Oct. 28

Erica Condon, 24, pleaded nolo to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $763.

Bobby Kelly, 61, found guilty of stalking – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Fine set at $625.

Roquanta S. Green, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $598.

Kederick K. Smith charged with shoplifting – 1st offense. Case remanded to files in consideration of plea to shoplifting.

Latajia D. Combs, 25, pleaded guilty to giving merchandise away. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $923. Restitution set at $326.21 to be paid to Walmart.
