Clifton Rankin Sr. and Delores Gibbs Rankin of Fayette announce the engagement of their daughter, Miranda D. Rankin to Timothy Turnley, son of Albert and Lola Baltimore of Brownsville, Tenn.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Jefferson County High School in Fayette and a graduate of Alcorn State University in Lorman and Delta State University in Cleveland. She is employed by Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Haywood High School in Brownsville and a graduate of AIU in Atlanta. He is employed by the Natchez Police Department.

The wedding will be 5 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at 30 Campus Drive in Natchez.
