Gabriel Carman charged with molesting. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Frank Cooks charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Dewayne Stampley charged with embezzlement. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Friday, Dec. 11

Bernard Selmon, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $673.

Trueshala Bostic, 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count. Banned from all Walmart locations on each count. Fine set at $573 on each count.

Trueshala Bostic, 19, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Colette Lette/Bruce, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, Dec. 14

Carlos A. Smith pleaded guilty to simple assault – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623.

James Calhoun pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace – domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Alonzo M. Hoye, 39, charged with public drunkenness. Case dismissed – victim nor witness appeared.

Lawrence E. Cockerham Jr., 37, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Ketdricka Williams, 21, found guilty of shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $623.

Brandy Scarlett Green, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Samantha D. Baker/Riddle, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

 

Tuesday, Dec. 15

Royantae R. Jeknins, 21, charged with four counts of armed robbery. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held on each count. Bond set at $65,000 on each count.

Jamarhi Lucas, 18, charged with aggravated assault other means deadly weapon. Case dismissed – proof failed for probable cause.
