Wednesday, Dec. 23

Eddie W. Jones, 48, pleaded guilty to four counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days with 22 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count. To serve eight days in jail on each count. Fine set at $323 on the first count and $243 on each of the next three counts. Restitution set at $460.04 on the first count; $314.58 on the second count; $177.32 on the third count; and $111.78 on the fourth count.

Krystal D. Morgan, 32, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for 10 days served. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000. Morgan also pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days with 25 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve five days in jail. Fine set at $675.

 

Monday, Dec. 28

Eddie Jones, 48, charged with petit larceny. Case remanded to files in consideration of paying restitution of $245.00 to Veronica Squalls.

Tabitha Rourks, 27, found guilty of simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $825.

Mikel D. Chatman, 26, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case remanded to files – defendant and victim to attend anger management counseling. Defendant shall submit report to the court on Feb. 29, 2016.

Sidney Case Dodson, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Keontae Reynolds, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Carson Thornburg, 30, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Lacye M. Starling, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.
