Friday, Jan. 29

Kenneth Wayne Dunlap, 51, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Per request of victim, case remanded to files and no contact has been removed.

Curtis D. Sanders, 41, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Case remanded to file on commitment conditions.

Ramonte Jackson, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Curtis D. Sanders, 41, charged with two counts of malicious mischief. Case remanded to files on commitment conditions on each count.

Kiana Miles, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

 

Monday, Feb. 1

Ryan C. Marvel, 36, charged with simple assault attempt to create fear. Case remanded to files for one year — victim and witness unable to be served subpoena after numerous tries.

Lagarrien Rankin, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Troyneece Jones, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Johnathan Garner pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $573.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 3

Cynthia Lemaster, 45, pleaded nolo contendre to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Billy D. Cole, 57, pleaded guilty to trespassing upon enclosed land. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for four days served. Fine set at $323 minus $50 credit. Must pay a fine of $273.

Janice Jackson Herbert pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.

Billy D. Cole, 57, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
