Jennifer Rialls, 27, pleaded guilty to shoplifting —first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Kmart. Fine set at $643.

Keyshonda Queen, 25, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623. Restitution set at $495.35 to be paid to Natchez Market No. 1.

Melissa Marie Delatte, 36, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Valerie Latajua Nix, 38, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, Feb. 8

April M. Deese, 48, pleaded guilty to DUI first offense no test. Sentenced to 48 hours suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $800.

Edwin Holmes Jr., 62, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Walgreens. Fine set at $598.

Tekala Jackson, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Rashondra Flowers, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.

Dominique Williams pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $623.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 9

Carlos A. Smith, 27, charged with introduction of contraband into city jail. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Clarence Patrick Matthews, 67, charged with aggravated assault other means. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $67,500 to $45,000.

Charles McKnight Jr., 56, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 60 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Satisfied by time served in jail. Fine set at $900.

William R. Hill, 31, charged with armed robbery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $60,000.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 10

Sabrina Anderson, 18, found not guilty of disturbing the peace by fighting.

Amber Delaun pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $600.

Amber Delaun pleaded guilty to trespassing. Fine set at $423.

Hollis Louis Green, 25, charged with simple assault. Case dismissed at request of victim.

Elisah Pryor, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $573.
