Friday, Feb. 26

Dominique N. Dupre, 33, pleaded no contest to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Jennifer Jenkins pleaded guilty to three counts of felony false pretense and one count of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $2,301.49.

 

Monday, Feb. 29

Lakedra Thomas, 20, charged with simple assault – domestic violence. Case remanded to files — victim unable to be located.

Jessie M. Tolbert, 40, charged with petit larceny. Case dismissed at written request of victim.

Derrick T. Johnson, 38, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case remanded to files – victim cannot be located.

Joseph Neil Smith, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 day with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for four days served. Banned from store. Fine set at $648.

Kerry Wilkinson, 22, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Case dismissed in consideration of defendant taking responsibility. Banned from all Walmart locations.

Wednesday, March 2

Lucy Smith Nause, 42, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations.. Fine set at $668.

Jerry Davis, 54, found not guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Banned from all Walmart locations.

Alonzo M. Hoye, 40, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Alonzo M. Hoye, 40, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Ian Paul Stelly, 22, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months on each count. Fine set at $493 on each count.
