NATCHEZ — A Natchez man has been arrested on charges he inappropriately touched a juvenile.

Powell Edwin Kaiser Jr., 52, 118 Maple Drive, was arrested Tuesday on charges of dissemination of sexually oriented material, exploitation of children and touching of a child for lustful purposes.

Reports at the Adams County Sheriff’s Office indicate the juvenile victim — who is related to the suspect — believed she was awaked by being inappropriately touched by Kaiser on two occasions in January.

The incidents allegedly happened at the residence of a third party in Adams County.

The matter remains under investigation.

Kaiser remains in the Adams County jail with no bond set.
