April 20, 1979 – April 6, 2016

NATCHEZ — A memorial service and a celebration of life service for John Kenna “Ken” Tibbs, 36, who died Wednesday, April 6, 2016, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Natchez Under-the-Hill.

Arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Tibbs was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Longmire and great-grand parents, F.K. and Johnie Lou Longmire, all of Kingston.

Survivors include his mother, Sandra Longmire of Vidalia; his father, James Tibbs of Largo, Fla.; his twin brother, Jim Tibbs of St. Petersburg, Fla.; one sister, Amber LaMont of Virginia; two aunts, Ronya Longmire and Linda Welter, both of Biloxi; one uncle, Ken Longmire of Atlanta; and a number of cousins, nieces and nephews.

He will be forever loved and missed.
