NATCHEZ — Salon owner and stylist Stacey McGraw of Design 2000 by Stacey, located in Vidalia, recently hosted the second annual D2K Hair & Fashion Expo at the Magnolia Bluffs Hotel in Natchez.

The Expo featured a two-day educational seminar, fashion show and barber competition. Educators and vendors from across the south attended, including from Arlington, Dallas, and Denton,Texas as well as Birmingham, Ala., Tupelo and Shreveport, La.

The event also welcomed students from Trendsetters of Jackson and Coahoma Community College in Clarksdale.

“It was such an awesome opportunity to have experienced educators travel to Natchez in order to unite, share current trends, and network with fellow beauty professionals,” McGraw said.

“D2K Hair & Fashion Expo was an opportunity for our local beauty professionals, barbers and stylists to continue education, network, and unite in this Industry in order to support each other in business.”
