SICILY ISLAND — Graveside services for Tracy Burnson, 67, of Mer Rouge, La., who died Thursday, April 21, 2016, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Highland Park Cemetery in Sicily Island with the Rev. B.J. Smith officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Golden Funeral Home in Bastrop, La.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon Sunday at the funeral home.

Ms. Burnson was a retired registered nurse. She was also a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Her passions were God first, family and friends, fishing whenever she could and playing games on the computer.

Ms. Burnson was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include one daughter, Kim Johnese and husband, Paul, of Vidalia; her best friend and caregiver, Debbie Graham of Mer Rouge; two brothers, John Clyde Glover and wife, Peggy, of Willis, Texas and Ed Glover of Pineville, La.; two grandchildren, Kayla Murray of Alaska and Morgan Johnese of Vidalia; one great-grandchild, Augest Murray; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Woody Trichell, Gary Hamilton, Billy Glover, Nick Johnese, Jake Morace and Tal Prince.
