HOUSTON — Memorial services for the Rev. D.F. Curtis, who died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, will be from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Houston with the Rev. J.E. Blake and the Rev. J. Amos Jones officiating.

Burial will follow at the Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Margrett Wright-Martin and Staff of Serenity Mortuary in Houston.

Rev. Curtis served as pastor of Greater Mount Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church for the past 25 years in the Piney Point community of Southwest Houston.
