Wayne and Nickie Havard announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Havard to Jonathan Taylor, son of Mark and Viviann Taylor, all of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Riverside Baptist School in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of William and Peggie Rushing of Natchez and the late Wayne Havard Sr. and Charlene Havard of Franklin County.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Adams County Christian School in Natchez and a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College in Natchez. He is employed by Southside Market in Natchez.

He is the grandson of William and Ida Mae Coley and the late William and Irene Taylor, all of Natchez.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2016, at Highland Baptist Church in Natchez.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the church.

Family and friends are invited.

Formal invitations will be sent to out-of-town guests only.
