Another attraction has been added to the offerings for our visitors during Spring Pilgrimage. “An Evening of Jewish Music” is a combination of history, given by Beau Bumgardener, and music, performed by David Goldblatt, Jim Franklin and David Troutman.

On the program is a beautiful composition by Jerry Krause, commemorating the Holocaust.

One of the local attendees of a previous performance mentioned to me that she had never been in Temple B’nai Israel. There were many of the guests from out of town, with a group of four from New York, who were delighted that they happened to be here when this program was offered.

You have one more opportunity to experience this for yourself.  It will be presented next at 7 p.m. Thursday.

This is a good opportunity to visit this historic property and find out more about the temple.

The reasonable ticket price of $15 goes to the worthy cause of preserving this beautiful temple.  Tickets may be purchased at the door or at Natchez Pilgrimage Tours.

With appreciation to Elise Rushing for her help in organizing this special event.
