VIDALIA — Memorial Services for Ronda Emfinger, 44, of Vidalia, who died on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Comer Funeral Home.

A visitation will begin at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Ronda was born on March 5, 1973 to Jerry Brown and Rita Gail Bennett Brown in Pineville, La.  Ronda married her childhood sweetheart, Rayford Bernard Emfinger.  She was a devoted loving wife, mom, and sister that loved her family and animals.  She would give the shirt off her back for any stranger.  She was the back bone of her family. She loved cooking, gardening, fishing, and enjoyed being outside feeding squirrels and watching nature.  Ronda always had a smile on her face and showed love to everyone who touched her heart.   She will be missed and loved, but never forgotten.  She’s flying with the angels now, with her Mom and Dad.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Bernard Emfinger, of Vidalia; two loving sons, Austin Ray Emfinger and Zachary Bernard Emfinger, both of Vidalia; one baby brother, Jerry Wayne “Bubba” Brown of Vidalia; and numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.  She is also survived by her fur babies, Sassy and Jassy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to United Mississippi Bank, c/o Bernard Emfinger.
