wow... i really hope the picture i'm seeing on this article isn't telling me that these people are standing around just LOOKING at this deceased man with their hands on their hips???

i hope the man will soon be identified... that is just horrible!!

((Buttercup26))Read the article under the picture, it tells who each official person is. If you notice they all have protective gloves on. I doubt very seriously they would have allowerd individuals to be looking. By the time the officials arrive it's OFF limits to onlookers.
By him having no ID he was probably either robbed of homeless.
I hope the man didn't suffer much before death.
My prayers are with the man's family.

Being elderly, he may have suffered from dementia and could have just walked out of his home and died. Someone will probably report him missing before long.

((fire39212)) There's nothing wrong with me, what about you! We don't know how long the people had been sanding there & I'm sure they were tired. I'm sure you have stood places many times with your hands rested on you hips. What I can't understand is you didn't notice the medical gloves but you noticed a man with his hands on his hips. I know I make a lot of uninteresting comments on the subjects, but what the heck join the crowd I've seen very few that make any sense.
Seriously alot of us have become addicted to these articles going back day after day looking for older articles & I've noticed you fall in that catagory. Guess it's in our nature to thrive on old gossip. I am not rude & if you knew me or anyone that does they would tell you I'm an AOK person and seem as norman as the next person

As you can see it is an African American male. I figured that would not followed up on it. Maybe they are awaiting autopsy reports or something. I have been watching the paper every since the story first appeared and I haven't even seen anything else about it.

Skittles, I'm far more intelligent than to just sit around and argue with someone that I don't know on a newspaper website. I have to many avenues in my life to allow someone like you to take me down a dead end street. I feel like Natchez Democrat was much better off before it started letting people post their weird, crazy, and stupid comments that seem to hurt some people feelings. These comments seem to make the story worst then it really is. Like the ad where the woman hit the man on Lynda Lee Drive, people were saying that it was Spanky Felters son that did it and that turned out to far from true. From the way I looked at the picture it looked like an African American male. I feel bad for the family and now that I've found out who the man is I really feel bad because he is someone I've known all of my life. So may God Bless you Skittles and Happy Kwanza to you also.
