I went to Milanne's Friday. We had to run over to get some party supplies for the birthday and I begged her to stop at that store for me. I loved it. I ended up getting me a vera bradley purse in there. Hehe - I bought myself a Christmas present! I saw a few other stores that I'd like to check out sometime.

Have any of you noticed how many times stories get the comments deleted lately? ANd the fact that the majority of them are about this Lipsey/Maxwell thing. I'm starting to really wonder what the deal is. Not only do they stop allowing you to post on the story, but they completely remove the comments.

The Finishing Touch is great.... just little cute ideas you never think of..... but they have... haha... you must be talking about "Sisters by Design" on the other one.... I am guessing... it's the only one that kind of looks like a floral shop.... it is very over priced.... I can't afford to walk in the door there very often.... but it is popular. It sits by itself, beside blockbuster. The finishing touch is more my price... lol it has alot of cute stuff... I should get a gift card from them or something for the free advertising.... LMAO

YUCK.... So sorry you guys had that!! My 2 usually get all the crud and give it to me.... but so far its just a sore throat... fall break we all had the stomach virus.... and all the kids at school had had it..... I found that out later... now mono and strep are going around at school... so that makes me feel good (did you hear me groan?) when my son gets up with a sore throat this morning... now my daughter is texting me saying she started and to please come get her, she don't feel good.... Good grief....

I am so thankful I don't have any girls. I am the only drama my house needs. LOL! My oldest son had his tonsils taken out when he was in Kindergarden. He had strep about 6 weeks ago. That was just lovely. I hope your son doesn't have it. More imporantly, I hope you don't get it. It is always worse on adults.

Well, I can't say I understand, girls. I don't have kids, but I feel for you both. I'm sure it is no fun to have a sick child. I bet it's a nightmare when they are in school and daycare. It must be impossible to keep them from getting those bugs that go around. I don't feel bad, I'm just lazy! And exhausted. I feel like I was on the run all week and didn't sleep. I think I'm crashing tonight when I get home. Long, hot bath, flannel jammies and bed early!

My first ex was 9 years my senior...I was 19 he was 28 when we married. I was 22 when I divorced him.... since he liked getting EVERYBODY pregnant while I was expecting our first.... the second one was 2 years younger and I felt I had a drug addicted alcoholic kid on my hands!!!! Gave him a choice and he made it.... hence the second divorce.... My boyfriend is 13 years older than me... I tend to forget that he is much older than me because all men are dumb and juvenile most of the time.... I have always thought I must be attracted to older guys more because I relate a bit better to them, they tend to be a bit more mature... sometimes... haha

That's true. I don't mind dating an older man - just not one that's 60!!!! My ex was 2 years older than me and still acts like a 15 year old. I've always been mature for my age (which was a good thing when I was younger, but not so good now!). My ex is on his 3rd divorce. I was the first, he got married about 3 months after our divorce, had a child and wife #2 left him when the baby was a month old. He started dating #3 and they had a child right off and now she split when that child was about a year old. I should have gotten a medal for those 13 years!!!

He was an only child and a bit selfish. Not to mention he was very bad with money. His house has been forclosed on twice in the last 5 years. I'm not sure how he's still in it. But, NOT my problem anymore (thank goodness!). I had long dark hair and weighed about 225 pounds when I was married, so obviously he wasn't the right one for me!!! I don't even look the same anymore. Neither does he. He scares me!

He used to come by my job after wife 2 left and wanted to be all friendly. Finally one day he asked me to babysit. Can you believe?? I told him I would NOT do that. He came by a few more times and I finally had to tell him I divorced him for a reason and it wasn't because I wanted to be friends. He got all offended and said he thought I was a btter person than that and he understood. I said, "Obviously you DON'T understand or you would leave me alone. That means dont call, don't come by." He rides by my house still, but doesn't come here unless he needs some work done.

Oh, and he did call me when I got my new car. Asked alot of questions about it and why I got a new one. I told him I wasn't strapped for cash anymore since I didn't have to pay for all of his toys! I told my mom the other day that when I meet someone, I want a financial history on him. He better have good credit and pay his bills on time! I don't care how much money he makes as long as he's responsible.

I was literally sick and 90 lbs when I was married to him... He had me screwed up in my head....The second would just assume kill me than to see me.... He always said if I left or took "his boy" from him that he would put me 6 foot under..... I can still hear the hate and anger in those words in my head.... while holding a loaded pistol to my head...I finally decided, so what if he killed me? I wanted to die anyway..... at least I would be out of my misery..... He did try many times, but I made it...and recently he got stripped of all of his paternal rights! so He got his son taken away from him and he did it to himself.....

no.. he doesn't.... he is very full of anger. He thinks everybody owes him something.... and he cant keep a job because he cant stand anybody telling him what to do....He has abused and belittled my son over the years but my son loved him anyway.... wouldnt tell on his dad. Then my son, found drugs this summer and called me squalling and begging me to come get him... He finally has seen in his own time, the truth... I asked him what he wanted to do and he said I never want to go back... and that was that... Went to a lawyer...

We have a fish fry here and their burgers are huge.... we have a place called BOBS sandwich shop that has a reputation for their chili dogs (only have a weiner on them) for probably over 25 years... I think you are right. I eat a hot dog about once a year and that does me for a while. I like mine burned, though. I don't ever take those "miracle diet pills" and junk they have out. I don't think it works and even if it did, it would only last as long as you take it. No thanks, I'll just stay chubby! I just forgot to let anyone know we were on here today. Ooops!

I knew they would shut the comments down on that story. Why are they doing that? Just about every story about Maxwell and Lipsey gets the comments shut down. Which one of them has the pull? And why does the paper even allow you to post on those stories if they know they will delete them all?

never got emails... they are 5, but maybe it wont hurt them, since they typically go slow.... lmao..... I will chain them down if I have to... they are both ALL BOY
