Police investigating shooting

VIDALIA — Law enforcement officials are investigating a shooting incident in Vidalia that reportedly involved an officer.
The incident occurred mid-morning on Cedar Street.
One handcuffed subject was seen being loaded into an ambulance after he walked to to the stretcher in the middle of the street.

At exactly 1 pm today I passed TEN ambulances flying all with lights going and sirenes on John R Junkin.....would that be that or not?

I saw ten ambulances with lights and sirens in Ferriday the weekend before Hurricane Gustav hit. Maybe the ones you saw were going toward Hurricane Ike.

those ambulances did not stop why they had lights and sirens on is anyones guess they should be put in jail they must have been somewhere sitting up for the hurricane and they are moving them back home some more of fema stuff a waste of the governments money during the storm here they must have had 20 at parkway church for a week

I saw them too. They went south on 61 lights blazing, sirens blaring headed to the south on "a mission for god".

I think they were headed for a stageing area. Most likely Baton Rouge.
