23 arrests for non-violent offenses, 5 for common law crimes.
23 arrests for crimes against the state, 5 for crimes against persons.

None of the 28 are Major Players in the drug games, some though seem to be repeat offenders.
9 of these people were arrested solely for other things besides drugs or drug paraphernalia.
When are we gonna see the names of some of the dealers who supplied these small-time pushers?? Oh, and please don't start answering that rhetorical question cause I already know the answer!! (Not under RM's reign)

Almost everyone on this list is a habitual offender. They always think it won't happen to them, but someday it will catch up with them. I know a man that was a big drug dealer for over 30 years & now that he's an old man he sits in jail. He finally ran out of places to run. It took him over 30 years to realize he can run but he can't hide.

I will give Concordia S.O some credit on this subject they are real aggressive a few times a year on making these roundups.

They have to work for months to get the evidence necessary for the roundups. Then the judge lets them all go. Then they work for months again to arrest the same people.

Another round up, and the statistics used to get more grant money are bolstered for yet another fiscal quarter.
No large amounts have been seized in a long time.
Apparently hiding a camera in a truck and having someone sell you crack passes for drug enforcement - they buy criminal charges at $40 a pop.
And 3 hours after the arrests were being processed, anyone could drive down the street in Ferriday or Levee Heights and some parts of Vidalia and buy their fill of crack or weed.
Your department gives a damn about one thing - it's own continued existence, as a business and as a means for the highest ranks to secure themselves a nice nest egg.
Law enforcement in the Miss Lou? By and large the biggest joke with the saddest punchline ever written.
