Cathedral falls to Bobcats

BOGUE CHITTO — The Cathedral fast-pitch softball team struggled after the first inning in an 11-2 loss to Bogue Chitto Monday.
No Lady Green Wave player recorded multiple hits, and Cathedral couldn’t score after the first inning.
Josie Porter hit a home run for the Bobcats, and Kelli Howard went 3-for-4.
Beth Fortenberry and Anna Huffines both went 1-for-3 for Cathedral (2-3).
