Barbecue fundraiser set for family today

MONTEREY — A barbecue fundraiser will be today, at Monterey High School for the family of Bryan Pecanty, 27, who lost his battle to cancer May 16.
The barbecue will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the menu will include pork or chicken plates with all the trimmings. Plates are $7 each and orders of five or more can be delivered within the Monterey area.
All proceeds from the event will be used to help with the Pecanty family’s medical expenses.

This young man was a hard working family man. He left a good wife and a set of twin boys about 3 yrs old. I encourage everybody to participate and help to relieve the pressure of the expenses they have.
