H1N1 shots are appreciated by family

Published Thursday, November 12, 2009

To the Alcorn State University Family Clinic and School of Nursing, my bishop sometimes says that it takes a village to raise a child.

It was an answered prayer and blessing from God that you administered the H1N1 vaccination to the children. Thank you very much, from a single mother of four, for taking out the time to see about our little ones and the people that care for them during the day.

Wasn't that wonderful? Alcorn University is to be commended for their community service to the area. My daughter is a student in the nursing program. I'm so proud of the work they do! Way to go yahoo!!!

Thank you Alcorn!!!! And the MDoH. My asthmatic daughter has her H1N1 vaccine. Today she is home with a headache and low grade temp... but, that was warned in the paperwork... I feel so much better now that she has had her vaccine... I little headache now can save a big one later on!!! Thank you again so very much...
