Isle of Capri wins company customer service award

NATCHEZ — The Natchez Isle of Capri won the company’s top honor for customer service in October.

The See, Say, Smile trophy is awarded to a team whose employees go out of their way to talk to, assist and smile at customers.

The Natchez property was No. 1 in the entire company for the month of October.

Natchez is the only property that has a perfect score for one of it’s secret shops.

“I couldn’t be more proud of my team,” Vice President and General Manager Tony Scudiero said. “Everyone pulls together each month to get this fabulous trophy.”

October was the second time in recent months that the Natchez Isle won the trophy.
